Yes very true Iso, its sickening what has happened to Shell in Canada and the US. Here in Canada they were pioneers in the development of sour gas and oil H2S as well as the oil sands and upgraders. I worked with many amazing scientists that developed these resources and the world came to Canada to learn how it is done. Now they have almost completely gutted the company in Canada and I think they only have the Permian onshore left in the US which is on the block. One of my former colleges was/is the manager at Permian, in fact at one time i was his supervisor. They were always very focused on the environment and the people who lived around near the facilities and were very good neighbors. I was very lucky to work for such a company for 35 year.
