Is this (gender neutral w.c.) movement truly happening, or is MSM hype?

Architecturally complicated, and or enforcement involved, and potentially makes crime go up as folks ID themselves by using such a facility?

Tennessee Law Mandating Trans Restroom Warnings Prompts Lawsuit

Erik Larson
June 26, 2021, 1:28 AM GMT+8
A new Tennessee law forcing businesses to put up warning signs if owners allow customers to use restrooms that match their gender identity triggered a federal suit by the American Civil Liberties Union.

In a complaint filed Friday in Nashville, the ACLU said the requirement violates the constitutional right to free speech by forcing businesses “to communicate a misleading and controversial government-mandated message that they would not otherwise display.” The law, set to take effect July 1, would make it a crime for businesses to fail to put up such a warning.

The suit was filed on behalf of a Nashville company that operates several restaurants, coffee shops and a coffee roasting company. Robert Bernstein, the founder of the company, has long employed trans workers and his customers include trans individuals, according to the suit. He is seeking an injunction to block the law.

“Mr. Bernstein has never received any complaints or concerns about their restroom policy,” the ACLU said in the lawsuit.

It’s the latest legal clash over a flood of state and local laws that target the trans community, including prohibitions on trans kids participating in sports or receiving necessary medical treatment for transitioning.

Does not hint at fatality / hospitalization angles, but nonetheless concerning

Wonder which of two (or both?) vaccines used is not working against the (S Africa) beta variant

In the meantime Delta has gone Delta+

2021 a replay of 2019, and 2022 a variant of 2020, should it happen so, not yet priced in; a guess.

India has found 48 cases of the Delta-plus Covid-19 variant across 11 states, but authorities say it is too early to tell whether it poses a significant threat like the strain that drove the nation’s devastating second wave, swamping the health system and overwhelming crematoriums.

Seychelles Extends Virus Curbs Indefinitely as Outbreak Rages

June 25, 2021, 10:50 PM GMT+8
Seychelles extended curbs imposed on movement and gatherings indefinitely as the world’s most-vaccinated nation fights a persistently high number of coronavirus infections.

The palm-fringed Indian Ocean archipelago has seen a large number of infections since early May even though 70% of it 98,000 people are fully vaccinated with either Sinopharm or AstraZeneca Plc vaccines. It had rushed to conduct an inoculation campaign and reopen to tourism, the lifeblood of its economy.

“In view of the persistent community transmission of Covid-19, the increasing number of deaths, the confirmation of the presence of variants circulating in the population, the Public Health Authority is reinforcing the public health and social measures in place,” the health ministry said in a statement on Friday.

Bars, casinos and shops have to close at 7 p.m., events such as wedding celebrations are banned and gatherings of more than four people, unless its for work, is banned indoors and outdoors.

“These measures will remain in force and can only be relaxed when the outbreak is under greater control,” the ministry said.
