I think it was poor construction, they probably cut corners, that's the main reason any structure would collapse... unless an airplane ran into it...

It was down on Miami Beach, the building was 30 years old but that's not old for an apartment building right on the ocean... just terrible...

Branson probably would like that kind of lifestyle, he seems gruff and tumbling, unless it's all for show...

The real worry I see right now is that of the $INDU 30 stocks, 13 of them have their 10 EMA below their 50 EMA...

This is more than last week and even more than two weeks ago, as of this Friday there are 43.33% in this condition...

The rally could still continue, but this can't continue for very long unless buying picks up very soon...

The weekly $SPX as of this Friday, it appears it could be approaching the end of the road, but we'll see...
