I've done that a long time ago, I learned very quickly the pain and the stupidity of hoping instead of just getting out and calling it a bad trade...

I was shot lumber, this was many years ago, I stayed short as it went lock limit up for nearly two weeks non stop...

One day, it finally locked limit and then began to trade, I got out ASAP only to watch the lumber market go limit down for nearly two seeks AFTER I got out right at the top...

LOLOL!!!

I never did that again!!!

Now, I just limit my loss to a small percentage and call it a day... if it stops me out and then rallies after I get out then I take another look and buy it again on the next signal, I never chase anything, it's just not worth it...
