I would think that there would be an exchange of IHNI stock for NWCA stock, retiring the IHNI stock. Like John and Kevin, at this point I'd rather hold NWCA stock than IHNI stock anyway. Conversion price should rise when concrete terms are established and made public. I'm hoping for more of a 1-3 conversion ratio than 1-4. But I think it'll be closer to 1-4. I'm very surprised we haven't heard more publicly yet.

My understanding is like Tom's, and that IHNI will NOT exist after the merger, which makes it more like a buy-out. If there is only one company, there can only be one stock trading on the market.

Tom, I would also like to see the conversion nearer to 3 to 1, but don't think there is anything we can do about it, short of hoping that another buyer wants to offer more! We'll just have to wait and see what the company decides to do.
