I don't have an answer to this question apparently if a drug treatment exists no vaccine development will be supported (FDA) ? What I can say though is while Covid is a thing, the only response government had to this was warp speed with a vaccine, nothing else was considered as a treatment except for hospitalization and ventilators and they aren't really a treatment they were we've lost all other options. So yes I believe that post to have merit
