Probably true... but, the focus on the origin for attribution... is the opposite than many will expect in terms of it providing any satisfaction. The origin... has no relevance... any more than the scene of an accident is relevant in establishing it "for attribution"... ?

"It happened in China"... is not the same thing as "China did it"... ?

It is not the origin that is the problem... but the decisions made once it was known to be a problem...

Even when proven that China was the source of origin, and that it came from a lab... that proves no intent...

China's later choices... intending to not be impacted by it uniquely... are deliberate acts of war...

So, the effort made in focusing outrage on the logical cul de sac in origin... is a deliberate distraction from what really matters...

If / when people figure that out... ?
