I will say the models are getting it wrong pretty bad lately. Meaning I think we are having a tide shift in change, and it's the oceans are still warming when they were expected to slow. But I also think we are at the end of the ocean warming period in the next couple years. I haven't paid attn to storage much either. My buddy works for Spectra (spin off from Duke) I will see him this weekend and pick his brain.
