Hello Elmer; If you know so much about KRY and this situation I must ask or state a few points; And if you say that "no one" knows anything here, I'm sure that you could most kindly share with us all of your self esteemed knowledge, and enlighten all of us poor misdirected souls as to where to find the information that you must be privy to. Please share with us what you must know, because that is what these forums are supposed to be for sharing of information. It is easy for some one to post as you have done and just criticize, try contributing some information, you would be surprised at how quickly others will contribute to you. If you feel that there is no usefull information, it must be due to the fact that any "hard facts" that anyone has been able to dig up has long ago been posted here. To post it over again would serve no purpose, all information that has been available has also been posted on a pertinent web address just for Las Cristinas, in fact two sites. So if yo need information may I suggest you go there, " geocities.com " If you will take note, that on all occasions where KRY has made a concerted effort to climb in share price, there always seems to be some type of character coming either here or the SH forum and bad mouthing others. Never do they appear with good information that could even remotely be used for debate, why is this so?? On SH, I'am sure that all points that are known publicly have been debated, run through the thought process, analyzed, Lord knows how many times, how often can the same points be debated, before it becomes nausea. As the Chief has stated most recently, and myself in the past, we are down to a FINAL, "as we are told", decision, and all the debating in the world is not going to change anything at this point, we do know that the CSJ has ruled three times previously that Inversora Mael has title to the property, this last court ruling is to strip the CVG of rights to the minerals on the property, because according to Venezuelan Law, the mineral rights to any property go with the title of the property. It is most unfortunate that for there overaggressive zeal to get onto this property that PDG did not listen to their very own lawyers. I could go on and on, but you can find this info at the other sites soplease peruse them, you will be very surprised at the journey you will go on.The problem with all of this stems from the CVG, and hence this is where PDG will have to pick their bone. With regards,Frank
