I do see evidence that they know that's the problem...

You see it clearly enough in Amazon's current advertising extolling the value of working there.. which has exactly that as its target... trying to convince people that those working at Amazon value being there... and feel valued...

Of course, I don't think that's actually true... Amazon is a horrendous place to work... they chew people up and spit them out... hurt them and then fire them...

As far as labor, we're back to the age of the Robber Barons... only the Robber Barons today have the ability to export jobs to other places... or import H1B's... they have corrupted organized labor's leadership... and also control the media... so they have blacklisted Upton Sinclair... And, that's what always happens in a one party system ?
