The part that I am unclear on is the "adverse event" portion. I get an injection and within minutes I puff up and die, then I should be included even though it may have been from allergies to my lunch. I get an injection and 3 months later die of a heart attack, I probably shouldn't be in that database even though it could have been the vaccine.

At least that is how I think it should be. But there's no info on this.
