The Company recognized higher than usual operating expenses during the fourth quarter of 1997. The increase for the quarter was primarily related to $0.6 million of additional expense to purchase and process unprepared non-ferrous material and excessive repairs and maintenance resulting in significant shredder down time at both Texas and Nevada facilities.

Probably not a big deal, but not really wonderful either.
