Mentor, etc. It is encouraging to hear that Siemens will distribute Mentor. This sort of product seems like an additional new direction for CMVT; going after the same customers as Scopus, Vantive, Clarify (correct me if I'm wrong) - corporate users of call center software. Certainly CMVT is well equipped for it, I just wonder if this is in fact something new? As opposed to the high-end Trilogue, etc., marketed to national phone companies. I am having trouble finding basic info on the new, post-BSTN Comverse. I could work it out from information on CMVT+BTSN but wondered if anyone has pointers to information. cheers Eve
