Carl:

Fourth possibility, alluded to by Ron, is that he is keeping his options open to be able to sell quickly in the event of a price rise in the stock.

Naturally, as someone who has some distributorship rights, as I believe Mr. O'Brien still does, he would be in a position to know if GRNO might be close to selling a processor or two in the near future. Selling after a publicly announced piece of good news, as near as I can tell, is still legal (Mr. Stark? you still on board? or are we dead enough for you that you have moved on to other internet "fraud"?). Naturally, buying before such news is announced, if you are the one driving the news (ie selling a processor) is verboten, and I would bet those in such a position would be quite careful to not do so.

JMHO. Longingly long.

Robert
