Raster Graphics, Inc. Adopts Stockholder Rights Plan biz.yahoo.com RGFX apparently trying to avoid a takeover, which IMO is perhaps the only thing that would make the stock's price go UP now. Also a second downgrade today: RESEARCH ALERT - Raster Graphics LOS ANGELES, Feb 4 (Reuters) - Hambrecht & Quist on Wednesday said it cut its rating on shares of Raster Graphics Inc to hold from buy following the company's report of fourth quarter earnings. -- cut 1998 earnings estimate to $0.32 a share from $0.50 a share and 1998 revenue estimate to $68.9 million from $73.88 million. -- cited poor visibility in weak U.S. and Asian markets, unusual and unresolved accounting issues and an awkward sales channel structure as reasons for the cuts.
