In HK mask is a must unless eating, drinking, swimming, or hanging out at home and office, because the virus is afraid of people who are eating, drinking, swimming, or hanging out at home and in office. Once out of the water, unless going straight to the food, a civil servant would admonish that one must wear mask, because the virus likes to bother people on the beach not sporting mask.
