ron-- if peterson is an insider of the co. he would not be able to sell the shares for a period of six months or he would be subject to the short swing rules whereby he would have disgorge any profits thar he made. i am fairly certain of this and will check with market resources. if anybody knows the specifics i would appreciate their insight

I've never really been under the impression that insiders were into "trading" their stocks--I thought it was too much of a pain...
