Well, Terrence, that is an interesting FEELING coming from Yeltsin. Are we moving back into two antagonistic spheres or power or something? What kind of nuclear capacity does Russia still have?

I didn't agree with the first Iraqi invasion. We had sent plenty of diplomatic signals that we would do nothing if Saddam invaded Kuwait, and then I believe we struck because Bush needed the war to boost his own popularity. Having said that, I thought it was too bad that we could not or did not (which one was it?) kill him while we were there, because he is like a festering wound. It is hard to imagine that we would make the same mistake twice.
