Sulphur. Since desulphurisation of oil became compulsory a few decades ago there's megatons of the stuff. No more mining necessary coz it's a byproduct/waste product of crude oil.

I didn't know snakes hate it, but if so, you can soon be desnaked.

I guess it has become a useful material for construction and whatnot so maybe not very cheap.

Burning it is fun and it's good for explosives too. Blow things up = even more fun than burning it and causing lung seizure.
