I read the story prior to viewing the video. Police showed remarkable restraint not arresting Hagen. Councilman Hagen is the bio waste of what comes out the ass end of the Green energy machine.

Councilman Kai Hagen grew up in D.C. Went to collage in Minnesota. Spent eight years in California working for environmental firms. His last contribution to Frederick County....better be sitting down....

Ban on the intentional release of balloons. I'm not making this shit up!! Councilman Kai Hagen sponsored the bill and proposed a fine up to $250 could be placed against anyone that intentionally released balloons.

That bill passed early 20'.

Something in the water in Maryland.
