I can think of two other reasons for the stock's performance.
First, DSC is known to be on the hunt for another acquisition, and that will likely dilute earnings further.
Second, Cisco is talking of getting into the voice end to give competition to LU and NT. How well do you thing DSC will hold up to that?
Also, can you think of another high tech stock with earnings growth of DSC's that has a lower forward PE ratio?
