Bigtoe There is a fair amount of information available from the shareholders committee. Those who have joined do not post because then there would not be any available membership fees to support legal fees. Currently committee's attorneys are opposing reg. s redemption based on allegations regarding the shares were sold or shorted onto the market in violation of contract and SEC regulations. There is a hearing on 2/19 in the bankruptcy court regarding this matter. If you hold shares you should have received information directly, if in brokers name you the packet should have been forwarded. jjb
