How much money do you think he was allotted to build wall? 452 miles were constructed, mostly taking wrecked chunks of the existing wall and building them up to modern standards (these were done first, since the original wall segments had been built where they were most needed, which mostly hasn't changed). He did that, the wall that is there is highly effective when there is a competent president in office.
