Cutting the money for teenage sex education and Planned Parenthood and stuff, it's entirely reactive, I think. It's generated by his hate for the people who maybe didn't accept him.
Or maybe traditional morals that developed over thousands of years have second- and third-order social benefits, unlike the "if it feels good, do it" philosophy.
