This is normal. IMO
MM's always drop price when possible to get their clients
in at a good price. Of course, they make the difference.
Don't you usually see that happen before good news comes out?
Look at APCO today. The price dropped down to the $6 range
for a week then just two days before they released the news
(today) the price rose. (on the expected news)
There are always some (insiders) that know. They don't leave
their money sitting around, they are working it up to the
last minute. Then they get in just in time to make a few bucks.
Of course this is just my opinion.

My whole small cap world sucks. The index is up, I got all red. I thought more money would slide away from the mega companies with the mega price tags, but it doesn't look that way. On the up side, none of my little guys suck appreciably more than the other, so it's not as depressing to look at any one. I should start my own indexing called the 30-companies-from-hell or something. Accepting naming suggestions. I could use 666 for the index symbol.
