The second phase (appeared it was) handled competently, better than the rest of the world. (as) It is one benefit of living in a tyrannical state. Do as you’re told, or else (including) "because propaganda denying"... is easily manufactured, etc. I see plenty of proof of China making deliberate efforts to claim "better outcomes than others"... but see almost nothing that validates that in any way... or that justifies accepting it as an assumption... when comparative analysis isn't really possible... and the interest of tyrants intent on "winning the argument" dominates any reality. In the degree it proves true at all... likely more about the corruption of the presumed to be better western systems... that have demonstrated every ability to be spectacularly better than we've seen... but have been proven in being prevented in delivering on that potential... by the obvious in the flagrant corruption impacting the efforts made... Some of that clearly is purely self induced... about $ flowing to the "right" people more than about doing what works best... but, in many particulars, it is likely to prove true that the origins of the corruption are just as much an issue as the origins of the virus... ? The WHO influences... the overly willing acceptance of them... ? The obvious in the use of the virus as a weapon... not just in economic competition... but also in coordination of its use in elections ? Too soon, perhaps, to recognize more than coincidences in overlapping interests, there ? I do think time is short... as windows that might enable addressing such concerns appear to be closing rapidly... as per prior communication... as is the time in which it appears we will begin, like it or not, to discover the answers...
