The economy will slow as the Fed begins to taper and raise rates. I would expect bond yields to come down. We are beginning to see that now. Moreover, Japan has begun to buy US Treasuries again when the 10 year yield rose to 1.5%.

Part of the purpose of QE was to provide liquidity for the bond market during the Covid-19 panic.

I have a $73 short term target for the XLU this summer. It is a seasonally bullish time of the year for the XLU.
