If your conclusions about interest rates (down) and inflation (transient) are correct, you will probably also be right about XLU. We shall see.

XLU, NEE and D rallying strongly even today in the face of lower TLT. What does it mean? Much lower yields are coming on the 10 year bond. Why lower yields? Fear, fear of rising Covid cases. Bond market accepts Fed assessment of transitory inflation. Strong global buying. Peak growth is here.

When investors feel fear, some raise cash, some buy puts and others buy bonds.
