dax, ref: "4th Qtr earnings all important" I'm more concerned about Q1 98. Average shares outstanding will not be impacted by warrant call in Q4 97 as much as Q1 98. The quarter is nearly half over, without any new revenue sources I know of. With this in mind I look for Q4 earnings to be restricted as much as possible to relieve the stress of Q1 earnings. I don't know how much leeway they have in pre-paying expenses etc. to accomplish this end, but any new sources of income will probably take a while to get on stream, may look good for Q2 or 3, but not Q1.
