Already happening in the US... with at least one judge, thus far, volunteering to attend his own trial as a war criminal...

Federal Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Challenging Mandatory Vaccination Requirement

What it shows, first, is how unthinking and how deeply "in the tank" the judiciary are to "the moneyed class"... but, also, of course, how totally ignorant of history and the law in relation to basic human rights "judges" are...

Blind as a bat... to not see that forcing people to participate in medical experiments is a war crime ?

Trust in "experts"... not an excuse ?

But, for the companies... HUGE risks in the future liability... which CANNOT be legally waived when the issue is forced participation in a medical experiment...

It is legal, in the US, to require vaccinations / immunization against illnesses that present societal risks... but "the jab" is not a vaccination... it is an unqualified experiment, not qualified medical treatment... and, given the fact there ARE fully functional alternative treatments, ensuring the risk of mortality is already very low... there is also so very little risk that it cannot be justified... and thus it doesn't even qualify for consideration in the creation of an immunization... both due to the functional alternatives, and the lack of risk, but also because the vaccine does not work to confer immunity... it does not generate immunity... so you can't require it as if it did.

My guess... France will be following quickly along... as the US and France are the only places that have genuine attachments to principles of liberty... those will be the places they care most about sundering those linkages. Note in the link... the French policy seems it is being addressed by one of their greatest medical ethics experts... Bruno Le Maire, France's finance minister. /s
