Small stocks in the tech sector are exploding; started yesterday. CSCO news didn't hurt, either. This could go on a while.

CSCO's coattails? Russell 2000 inflows? CSCO is up 2% today, the Russell 2000 up less than 0.5%, while MRVC is currently up 8% on high volume. Something's happening with MRVC itself. The other networkers are not showing similar gains. Whether there's been a fundamental improvement in MRVC or just unusually heavy buying today, I don't know - but I wouldn't say it's simply a spillover effect from elsewhere.
