Perhaps a better solution for heat days is doing with the field workers do over here in the west where summer heat is a common problem. They start working with the light of day. Simple fix. By noon they have had their lunch half hour break and quit work about 2 PM just as the daily heat is really setting in, jump in their air conditioned cars and head home for a well deserved siesta. I agree with the prior posts about keeping this place for Hurricanes and Cyclones and such.
