Back to you again... have you seen any 144 filings from any officer of DCI? These shares are from company officials that DCI has purchased in the last 14 months or so. The soft shares are from CardCall shareholders that are not officers of DCI and have no lock up agreement.

GE,

Some of the people on your list are insiders and some are not. Bob Muller is an insider and to the best of my knowledge has not intention of selling. He has been a friend of Joe's for a long time and they work well together. Don Mactaggart is with CyberFax and I believe his shares are restricted. IMO the rest of them were CardCall investors and they have been selling. I'm sure Joe has contacted them and may have absorbed some of the shares privately. The balance should be eaten up once we see the effects of the buy back through PW. I hope this helps just a little.

Best Regards
