Sorry, I need to rub some salt in that wound :-).

Finally got around to calling the company just as the fireworks started this a.m.. Something I seriously regret not doing sooner. Jennifer LaVin represents what should be the standard for I.R. relations. Few notes and lessons I think we should all learn:

1. The company is on track, just as SVogel told us all a few days ago.

2. As of today, the key scientists and management are very much intact.

3. Do not discount the M.I.T collaboration.

4. Do not discount Axiom.

5. Do not discount SKB just yet. The board will make the decision ahead.

6. Patent issue: Read the 10K statement. It still stands as it has.

7. My big lesson for the day: Finally, do not make or pay attention to wild speculations about a company. Instead, call I.R. to get the facts.

8. Traders and hedgers will dump their stock on any negative news as they don't have a clue as to the fundamentals. The smart folks were simply waiting.

P.S.(Off Topic) Another company with excellent I.R. is Ann at Aquila Biopharmaceuticals.

Cheers!

Dave
