The market makers have been poking up the ask lately, but people have been using that as an opportunity to sell. The news is out about this company--people have been buying-in but keep getting knocked down.
If the 'investors' with itchy trigger fingers would just lay off the mouse button for a while then the TA will have a change to turn around. That's what the rest of the crowd is waiting for... then this stock should float up nicely.
