They are making the transformation into a fully reporting stock. When that is complete they will be obligated to report in a timely fashion. My hope is they have a reliable accounting firm for this purpose.

FAMH is now required to file with the SEC. This was done by their choice. They filed to become a fully reporting company BEFORE the new NASD requirement was put into affect for OTC-BB stocks.

We WILL now see their earnings consistently reported.
