Tonyt, you might want to also stay away from options, if you haven't already decided against them. They also have significant swings. Tech stocks and Biotech stocks sometimes have some pretty good swings, too.

Might I suggest Certificates of Deposits (CD's). There is virtually no movement in this form of investment.

tonyt, >> The warrants are clearly not a good investment choice as they can easily move up & down 20% in a day for no apparent reason<< I thought we explained the reason they moved down yesterday. Specifically, the market makers did to the seller of a large block what our president chose not to do to Ms. Lewinsky. Today's rise is accounted for by the reason that the price readjusted to its normal differential to the common as a result of the elimination of the pressure of the overhang. That appears to be apparent to me. Moreover, to tell our threadsters to not own something that can rise 20% in a day, when that instrument is a trading vehicle correlated to the very biotech stock they, Bear Stearns, Robby Stephens,
Lehman Bros., Business Week Online, Jim Jubiak {sp} & countless others think has substantial upside potential, appears to me to be doing a disservice to the threadsters. Bernie.
