"I hope when Trump is re-elected, the first thing he says is that America is going back to work."

He said that in '17, but he ended up with fewer jobs than when he started.

Blacks are more likely to commit crimes and hence be engaged with system
It is actually pretty simple

Yeah, when you're predisposed to oversimplify. When you analyze, not so much.

For example, what about the crimes that are never solved? What about the crimes that are not reported? What percent of the unsolved or unreported crimes are committed by Blacks? No way to know.

Take shoplifting because it's obvious. What percent of those are committed by Blacks? There is data only for the ones that are caught. If the security people follow Blacks around the store and thus don't see the shoplifting done by Whites, that messes up your data. Or the shoplifting done by White girls who call daddy to get them out of trouble so they don't show up in the data. I know you know about daddy getting one out of trouble. Or if the security chief just lets the cute ones off with a warning. Or the local cops are just paying more attention to Blacks in the hood and notice that someone is wearing those fancy new shoes that got stolen and can nab the kid whereas they would not have any occasion to observe the preppy White kids, who get away with it.

You don't know that Blacks are more likely to commit crimes. You prefer that to be so.

So much for the quality of your analysis. And for your bias. You have a better grip on numbers when the subject was the healthcare system.

At any rate, it is unreasonable to expect that American Whites are to be held hostage to the past of their lineal ancestors into perpetuity.

You're saying the quite part out loud there if you drop that notion into a discussion of systemic racism. It's called motivated reasoning. You fear, unreasonably, I think, that bogeyman outcome so you contort data to obviate it, to invalidate anything you think might be used to support it. Tsk.
