I know the fundamentals are very strong here. Their cash position solidifies it. My concern is whether the whole market for ATM is softening, while Y2K is sorted out.

Bean Counter, You might be right but I would wait awhile. The Globe and Mail reports today that many fund managers are planning to dump the stock in the next little while. This will create an overhang that will be hard to digest. It seems that money managers that follow the Value Line investing technique, and it appears that there are many, will not be able to hold the stock as the technical trend and the fundamentals have suffered a too severe deterioration for them to hold.
