Hi Teri,

Thanks for pointing out the problem you discovered with the IMN subject search. I took your advice and emailed the S.I Webmistress on February 4 and included the following 2 inquiries:

1. Is it possible to add Subject 10242 (Imation) to the search results list when you type in:

IMN

2. And/or is it possible to add IMN to the title of Subject 10242 so that it reads:

Imation (IMN)

instead of just:

Imation

Either way, S.I. Subject 10242 should then pop up in a search of Imation by its stock symbol. I haven't heard back yet, but I thought I would post my appreciation to you for your keen observation.

Cordially,
Ron

S.I. Webmistress Jill kindly appended IMN to the title of the other Imation thread at:
Subject 10242
so it now reads as:
Imation (IMN)
instead of just as:
Imation

This solves the problem discovered by Teri Stephenson (Thanks Teri) in which a Subject Search for all Imation threads by stock symbol alone would fail to reveal Subject-10242.
Message 3339251

In light of this development, and based on the reasons stated at:
Message 3332381
and with the to-date absence of torrid objections, I thought I would restate my humble proposal to move the Imation-specific discussion to:

Imation (IMN)
Subject 10242

Finally, I would concur with Emory and Zeuspaul that investors whose primary focus is LS-120 as a Consortium (not wholly IMN) Product should perhaps start a new thread devoid of Iomegan ties and specific to that one product.

Just a thought...I won't be offended if you don't agree.
But if you do agree, let's reconvene at:

Imation (IMN)
Members:
Subject 10242
Nonmembers:
Subject 10242

See ya,
Ron
