Mr. Patrick: It's one thing to make an honest mistake which results in a bankruptcy filing and reorg. Quite another to flee the country leaving creditors and family behind. Contrary to your perception, this is an air conditioner company. That is whrere nearly all earnings are derived from. The accounting issue surroundind TADs is crucial. No other company in the industry grosses up their revenues the way they do. Did you look at CAPF, like Mr. pink told you to? The BVI company is a shell with minimal capital. That has been verified. Their headquarters is a p.o. box. No money has been obtained from this bogus line of credit. The use of proceeds is for offshore TADs which the company has not been able to do yet. Mr. pink would happily go toe-to-toe with any of the funds you mentioned. Mr. Patrick, as long as you remain intimidated and in awe of such mediocrities you will remain a sub 8-figure fund manager. In any event your funds under mangement will go to zero as long as you insist on holding bone-headed positions like acrt. By the way, what about the bucket shop auditors used by ACRT? This should concern you. Rest assured, Mr. Pink will not rest until this company has been brought to justice. He can not bare to think that some innocent granny who reads Individual Investor will unwittingly lose her life savings. He does not care a wit about what happens to you.
