Good Morning Bull,

Thank you for the review.

I hope you are correct!

Cohu in full disclosure has been my longest and often largest positions.

I'm a regular at their stockholder meetings and have enjoyed tours of their facilities in beautiful Poway California.

I've been in and out of Cohu three times.

My first purchase was made in 1978, back when their revenue was well below 100 million. This year there is a solid chance they will generate over 1 billion for the first time.

Their business has morphed from building heat chambers in which to test chips used in computers, for a small start up called Intel, to building test handlers that cool the chip during the increasingly intense testing of MPU's GPU' and APU's. In their initial years they designed and gained ,market share in "Pick and Place test handing.

The basic premise of my long term buy and hold has been a future vision of more chips in our world.

Of course the stock has had huge peaks and valleys, but always the management has been conservative and able to adjust over the years to the peaks and valleys of the PC cycle.

Over those years they have cache'd cash, and bought up at opportunistic times the other types of test handlers utilized around the globe. Rasco - gravity handlers and Ismeca turret handlers.

I now believe they have achieved scale to become profitable even in the trough cycles which are still seen in the semi equipment cycle. They now service over 28,000 test handlers, that often run 24/7/365 except when preventive maintenance is performed by their global service footprint.

I'm hopeful we'll see a very nice and extended growth cycle within the semi equipment segment.

Earnings will be coming soon. Lam Research (LRCX)and Teradyne (TER) usually are the first reporters in the segments quarter.

We see!

Thanks again Bull, LETS ROCK!

Bob
