To All: Any opinions on Ram Pet. RPL.A on Toronto? They are drilling in Columbia, I believe, and are near to some results on their first well.

Npoggio / Offshore Drillers

I don't believe there is a single Canadian Company providing offshore rigs. The only offshore activity is the Canadian East Coast and I believe those rigs were built or provided by Norwegian companies or US based companies.

Canada has several land rig drillers, led by Precision Drilling - the company you own shares of. If you are interested in these, let me know.

Npoggio / Offshore drilling Companies

In my previous response to you, I mentioned that I didn't believe any Canadian Drillers were involved with offshore drilling. I stand to be corrected.

I don't know to what extent, but I believe Dreco Energy is into offshore rigs. Check out the Market Activity Column, listed stories and service sector sections, at Kerm's Korner of this past week and I think you will find some information on the subject.
