Mr. Pink is 100% on the mark. The reported revenue is completely meaningless to someone who really wants to value this business. Beyond that this apple has so many worms that my MFN analogy long ago posted will be shown to be right on the mark.

Mr. Patrick: It seems unfair to pick on you since you seem as inexperienced and naive as young Ryan Plovie, who also seems to have spent more time at the pub than studying his accounting texts in school. Earnings from TADs have alway been deminimus. The company reported 1.1 million in pretax income in the most recent quarter yet only $255,000 was from TADs. On a net income basis the % is even less since the TAD busines is taxed and the air conditioning business is not. You should focus on their real business--air conditioning distribution in the 3rd world. Try reading the MD&A section of the most recent Q. The TAD description has the markings of criminality, hucksterism and hype artistry all over it. If you can't see that, then you are drunk. Mr. pink
