I'm not aware of a reporting mechanism for miscarriages. Few people know that about 25% of pregnancies end in miscarriage already. Most don't know this unless it happens to someone close to them, and usually after they have made the pregnancy public.

I have a family member who had over a dozen miscarriages, but only 2 were recorded by their physicians, so I'm not sure there will be a way to validate your theory.
