You guys are over thinking this one. It's a cash deal, the cash is in the bank and they are buying current rev's and gaining new clients and channels of distribution for their current products. I believe when they said it was accretive that they had seriously thought about it and it will be so. Trust them. They haven't lied to us yet.

Have you ever heard of the "write off for in process technology"?

I believe that this number will be big as MRVC decides to purge Xyplex's balance sheet of non-producing assets. In fact, I would be disappointed if they didn't, as management is way too conservative to report assets that have little or no value.
