Scott,
According to my very expensive software from AIQ, we have recently broken the short-term down-trend and are still in an intermediate term down-trend. The stochastics have indeed made a move up thru 20 and look good. CCI has turned up and RS is confirming. MACD has not crossed thru my trigger line. Technically, you can buy here with a sell on any move below 3 3/4 with volume.
