This is what happens to companies who try to renege on offshore funding sources:

biz.yahoo.com

The one important difference between STNX and NHMCF is that Startronix was/is nothing but a weird pipe-dream and NHMCF has what appears to be a legitimate business with sound prospects. But NHMCF has unfortunately decided to play the "foul!" card anyway, and they're likely to get it up the gazoo the same way STNX did; i.e. having to cough up cash or even more stock than they would have had they just swallowed the medicine and learned their lesson about dealing with ".... offshore funding sources" [read: Reg S and other forms of ".. fast cash"]. "Offshore funding sources" don't like having their magic carpet ride pulled out from under them, and they play hardball - really, really, REALLY hardball - with folks who try.
