Normally a hospital ship should be in attendant but not clear that the current proto-adventure prepared for the contingency

I would think 100% of the sailors had been vaxxed, else not exactly wise military preparedness, and if 100% vaxxed, so far only 50% effective, and presumably dwindling. Let's watch &b brief.
