supermajority support in all regions .. Liberals and Conservatives would know where to move if they so desire .. Not sure that secession is the real goal here .. Could a United States consisting of five ( per the map ) super states work ?? We'd still have the same number of Representatives in the House and we could preserve the Senate numbers if each of the five new super states got 20 Senators each .. Still leaves the question of what role the Federal Government would serve under such a scheme .. Might make for a more perfect union if it could be accomplished peacefully .. Triff ..
